Regarding yours truly, I played lead guitar initially, then - before the third gig (supporting Blonde Redhead) I wandered off to play SxSW/ATP etc. Lewis Boyes took my place (and ran with it) and on my return I took over, on bass, from Karl Scullen (who incidentally took the photograph, above).

The first gig was reviewed in Plan B magazine.
